Check- In Policies & Procedures
• Our check-in time is from 12am- 11pm. We do not accept guests after 11pm; in case checking in before 11pm is not possible, inform us in advance so that we can be prepared.
• Total booking costs should be made in full on arrival, in cash/card. We do not accept cheques on arrival
• We charge a 5% card transaction fee
Direct Booking
You can reserve a room(s) directly by booking over phone through our Direct Booking service wherein you will have to pay at least 50% of the booking cost before the booking date, to reserve a room(s).
You can make the payment over phone; however, we charge a 5 percent card transaction fee. You can avoid paying the fee by sending us a cheque.
Please write cheques payable to Mr. Ijaz Sarwar (or) NewcastleRooms Ltd. You can alternatively issue a bank transfer payment; in such a case please request our bank transfer details.

Request confirmation of your booking
We will send confirmation of your booking on request via e-mail or text. We can scan a copy of your card transaction receipt or issue a pre-invoice via email.
Early and Late check in Fees
• NewcastleRooms reserve the right to charge an early check-in fee of 5 GBP/ hour till 11am, and a late check-in fee of 5 GBP/ hour after 11pm.
Check-Out Policies & Procedures
• Our standard checkout is by 12am
Extended Check-out Charges
• You can arrange to extend your stay for an additional 5 GBP/ hour after standard checkout time. If you decide to pay to extend your stay you must leave by 1pm.
Cancellation Policy
We do not offer a refund for direct bookings made over the phone or via email. Please bear in mind that any deposit held by us will be forfeited if you choose to cancel. In exceptional cases, we will return the deposit.
Personal Belongings Storage fee
If you would like to leave your belongings before check-in or after check-out, you will have to pay 1 GBP/ hour till you return. Your belongings will be safely kept in a locked room.
